I have been dealing with with Derrick for about two years. I have bought a computer and printer from Derrick and when I had questions he was always there with the answer, whether I called him or whether I needed him to come by and show me. His prices are better than in stores and his service is second to none. I would recommend him to anyone. So, whether you want to upgrade, buy new or have ink cartridges refilled, Derrick is always right there to help. So, because of his fast and friendly service as well as his willingness to come to my home to show me how to work with certain programs I will keep going back to him and recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to buy or upgrade any time. I have been a customer of the Creative Doodlers for a couple of years now and I am extremely pleased with the service that they provide me. The friendly service and technical advice is second to none. Derek goes that extra mile to ensure his prices are competitive, and if he does not have what you are looking for (rarely) he will let you know where you can get it.
