Should these people get their children back?
Although disturbing, the Free Press is reporting on some of the girl’s comments because they form a central part of the case. Her stepfather is fighting for custody and has filed a constitutional challenge, claiming his rights to freedom of expression and religion have been violated. The children’s mother is not attending the trial.
