Major emergency response to jail?

Has anyone heard what's going on this afternoon at the jail? There looks to be a major emergency response with a heavy police presense (cars have all sides of the jail surrounded) as well as ambulance and fire. I've taken a few pics and will upload when home in a half hour or so.
Judging by the size of response and how long they've been up here I'd strongly caution against doing a drive-by snoop. The pics will show all there is to see at the moment.
