Your thoughts on the stock markets and investing.

Just wondering how many people are getting into the markets now that they are so low.
Its RRSP time, are you putting more in than usual? I see it as a major buying opportunity, your thoughts....
Past performance info, I took all my RRSP's out a year ago and put it all in cash giving me a return of about 4% for the last year(instead of a 40-50% loss), I've put it all back in over the last few months, in the dips, when the market was bottoming(bottoming in my opinion).
