What You?ll Be Doing
? - Perform MIG welding on trailers / truck bodies and structural components
- Read and follow drawings and established weld procedures
- Fit and assemble parts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Work closely with team leads and coworkers to maintain steady production flow
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What We?re Looking For
? Minimum 2 years of welding experience (production or shop environment)
- Experience with MIG welding
- Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- CWB certification is an asset, but not required
