Duties include:
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Sending movement reports to clients
responding to incoming emails and inquiries
Schedule incoming deliveries and adding to the schedule
Receive orders (by email or phone)
Collect Paperwork for incoming shipments
INVOICING
Create BOLs and invoices for Orders Recieved and completed.
FILING
Maintain Digital company daily job schedule
Collecting information on our fleet
other office admin tasks
