Job responsibilites:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or in person
Maintain detail records of customer database
Booking service appointments
Invoicing
Filing Government remittances
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Ordering products
Payroll
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Quickbooks Desktop
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent in English
Able to work alone and with other team members
Wage based on experience
