Fence Construction Labourer
PWR Custom Fencing Ltd. is seeking to add to our team! We are hiring for a full-time Labourer position. If you have experience with the construction industry, we would love to hear from you. As the Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting the Crew Leader and the rest of the team to ensure that our projects are completed on time, and to our high standard of excellence.
Qualifications:
? Excellent communication skills.
? Positive attitude, highly motivated, and safety conscious.
? Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and punctual.
? Able to lift 50+ pounds.
? Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Minimum Class 5 License.
? Ability to use hand and power tools
? Experience with operation and maintenance of equipment (Compact Tracked Loader, Post-Pounder, Vehicles)
? Construction, mechanical or welding experience an asset.
? Willing to travel occasionally for overnight jobs.
Work Schedule:
? Monday to Friday, 8AM ? 6PM, March to November.
? Monday to Friday, 8AM ? 4PM, December to February.
Compensation:
? Pay Range $17.25 - 25 / hour, based on experience.
PWR Custom Fencing Ltd.(www.pwrfencing.com) is a fence contractor, located in Virden, MB, serving Manitoba and South-Eastern Saskatchewan. Our specialty is electric agricultural fencing; however, we also install other types of agricultural, commercial, and residential fences.
