Join Barb, Sam & Laurissa for a soul-nourishing day of connection, reflection, and renewal as we honor the Winter Solstice and welcome the returning light.
As the seasons turn, we?re invited to slow down, turn inward, release what no longer serves us, and create space for new beginnings. Together, we?ll share a sacred space for healing, movement, reflection, and connection.

What to bring:
Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and cozy. A journal, water bottle, and any personal items that help you feel grounded and supported are welcome, too.
