Key Responsibilities:
? Station setup and stocking
? Food preparation
? Cooking
? Clean sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils
? Plating and Service
? Inventory management an record keeping of supplies and equipment
? Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
? Clean kitchen and work areas
? Manage kitchen operation
