LAND FOR RENT
The following parcels of land located in Rossburn Municipality (Marco area) are available for tender on a per acre basis:
205 acres in total (canola cropped in 2025, to be rotated appropriately): NW 9-20-23W, SW 9-20-23W
341 acres in total standing alfalfa/hay: NE 9-20-23W, SE 9-20-23W, SW 15-20-23W, N half of SE 16-20-23W
1) The rental period will be one crop season from May 1, 2026 ? December 1, 2026.
2) Bidder is responsible to familiarize themselves with the land prior to submitting a bid.
3) Rent payment will be made at the time of signing the Rental Agreement (50%) and by November 1, 2026 (50%). The tenant is responsible for the payment of GST on each payment, as applicable.
4) Written tenders must be received on or before 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
5) The successful bidder is to sign a formal Rental Agreement within 7 days of notification of the successful bid. Failure to do so will be deemed default and rights to renting the land will be forfeited.
6) Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
