Monday?Friday | 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM |
Starting at $22.00/hour, negotiable based on experience
We?re looking for a friendly, organized team member to handle reception duties and assist customers
with parts and order support in our busy shop.
Key Responsibilities:
? Answer and direct phone calls professionally
? Greet customers and assist with inquiries
? Help customers look up parts and supplies
? Enter orders, invoices, and customer information
? Data entry and general office administration
? Assist with invoicing and records
? Communicate with shop staff to ensure customer needs are met
Required Skills & Experience:
? Strong customer service and communication skills
? Comfortable using computers and office software
? Accurate and efficient data entry
? Ability to learn parts, products, and basic technical information
? Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
? Previous office, customer service, or parts counter experience is an asset
? QuickBooks Online experience is an asset
