The RM of Whitehead is seeking applications for two (2) Green Team seasonal employees. Responsibilities primarily involve the general maintenance and lawn care for the Village of Alexander and the RM of Whitehead.
Qualifications:
? Must be aged 16-29 and legally entitled to work in Canada
? A valid Manitoba Drivers License is considered an asset
? Physical ability and dexterity to perform a variety of manual daily tasks (heavy lifting, squatting, bending, twisting, and climbing)
? Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and effectively in a small team environment.
? Experience on various operating equipment such as: weed trimmer, zero turn ride on mower, etc.
? Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
? Must be reliable and flexible.
Wage: $16.25 ? start- depending on qualifications
This is a seasonal position from May to September. Full-time 35-40 hours per week.
