CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. Interested parties must rely on their own inspection and knowledge of the property and not on the above or any other particulars or representations made by or on behalf of the landlord
2. Tenders must be received on or before 1:00 PM. On Tuesday March 17th, 2026. Tenders must be received in writing; email or telephone bids will not be accepted.
3. Tenders must be accompanied by a $1,000.00 deposit cheque payable to the Landlord. Deposits accompanying unacceptable bids will be refunded
4. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The bidder who?s Tender is accepted will be required to complete an agreement covering terms and conditions of the Lease. Interested parties may receive a copy of the proposed Lease from the Landlord
2. The Lease will be for a three (3) year term.
3. The Lease payment will be made semi-annually on the 1st days of May (50%) and November (50%) in each year of the Lease. The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of GST on each payment, as applicable.
