Are you a skilled and certified Automotive Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a growing organization, where you will play a key part in keeping our fleet and equipment running at peak performance.
What You?ll Do:
- Service, diagnose, and repair heavy and light trucks, as well as heavy equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles and equipment.
- Utilize related instruments, hand and power tools, secondary equipment, and computer systems.
- Accurately document all repairs performed and time taken.
- Maintain high safety standards by continuously identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Conduct inspections on vehicles and trailers.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices to foster skill development and team growth.
What We?re Looking For:
- Certified Journeyman in Heavy-Duty or Automotive Technician trade.
- Previous experience working with heavy equipment is an asset.
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the trade.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Class 5 driver?s license required; Class 1A or 3A is preferred.
- Welding experience is an asset.
