We are seeking skilled and motivated Carpenters/Concrete Finishers to join our growing company with lots of room for advancement. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise carpentry work and finishing concrete surfaces to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to a variety of projects, including commercial renovations, new builds, and restoration efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of construction tasks, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results on every project.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry and concrete finishing tasks.
• Install rebar and metal stud framing to reinforce concrete structures and support building frameworks.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and sealing to achieve smooth, durable surfaces suitable for flooring or other applications.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry and concrete finishing.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for accurate project execution.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
• Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete mixing (including use of concrete mixers), formwork setup, and finishing techniques required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
