Pembina Co-op is preparing, through succession planning to start training our next Home & Building Centre Manager!
YES ... you read that right, we are investing in training the right candidate to become our next leader in one of our Home & Building Centres. We have stores in Souris, Pilot Mound, St. Leon, St. Claude and Oakbank and currently our longest serving employee is celebrating 37 years with Pembina Co-op and our average workforce long-service is 8 years! In this role, you will get to work with our experienced leaders, learn the ins and outs of our operations and get involved in leadership responsibilities right from day one! Every day will bring something different as you will get to lead and learn, gain an understanding of the business, connect with the community, support a team and keep things running smoothly! As a leader in training, you will promote safety and you will work with great mentors, building your confidence and skills needed to eventually manage your own store!
If you have real life experience working in building materials and/or hardware, you have solid people skills and a friendly, outgoing and approachable personality, you have a positive, "anything is possible" attitude, you are honest, reliable and you put your best into everything you do ... then we want to hear from you!
You do need to be willing to learn, grow and take on challenges and willing to re-locate where there is opportunity when the time comes!
