Responsibilities include preparing surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming, applying paint and stain, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety guidelines. This is a piece rate position, meaning pay is based on the amount of work completed, so efficient, high-quality work leads to higher earnings. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking, and available full-time over the summer, and comfortable working outdoors and on ladders. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.
