Kitchen Supervisor - Shanks Driving Range & Grill
Shanks Driving Range & Grill is looking for a dependable, experienced Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our back of house team. We are a, fast paced entertainment venue combining a full service restaurant with our TopTracer driving range and GolfZon simulators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in organization and cleanliness, and enjoys leading a team to deliver consistent, high quality food all at a quick pace.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Assist with scheduling, prep, party planning, and inventory management
- Support with food and beverage ordering
- Train new kitchen staff and reinforce procedures with the team
- Work closely with the front of house leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we're looking for
- Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and team first mindset
