Job Description
T.L. Penner Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and lead crews on commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands?on construction knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
- Lead and manage crews on site
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Communicate with project management, subcontractors, and clients
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor schedules, materials, and productivity
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
- Ability to problem?solve and make decisions on site
- Valid driver?s license
