The unit comes with everything you will need. Kitchen includes: microwave, air fryer, glasses/coffee cups, dishes, pots, pans, all utensils, coffee maker, etc.
TV in living room as well as one bedroom. Netflix available on both TV's and Bell satellite (on living room TV only).
This suite is perfect for someone who is here to work for a significant amount of time and does not want to live in a hotel, or a short term student not wanting to move all their belongings.
Rent includes: hydro, water, wifi and laundry.
Willing to rent out for single days (3 day minimun) $75.00 per night.
1 week rental: $500.00
Prices are negotiable for long term rentals. Will give discount for someone wanting to rent for a month or more.
