As the largest landscaping company in Southwestern Manitoba and Southern Saskatchewan, we?re looking for strong leaders who are ready to take ownership of projects and crews while delivering top-tier craftsmanship.
What You?ll Be Doing
You?ll lead a small crew and oversee projects from start to finish, including:
- Supervising and coordinating a 2?3 person crew on-site
- Installing hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, decks, walkways, and outdoor kitchens
- Installing softscape elements like sod, soil, mulch, and plantings
- Reading and executing landscape designs and project plans with precision
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials accurately
- Operating equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, compactors, saws, etc.)
- Coordinating material deliveries and managing site logistics
- Ensuring job sites are safe, clean, and organized at all times
- Performing quality checks at key stages of each project
- Communicating with clients, the Project Manager, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Tracking progress, completing daily logs, and managing time tracking in LMN

What You Bring

- Experienced in landscaping or construction (crew leadership strongly preferred)
- Confident leading a team while maintaining a positive, productive work environment
- Skilled in hardscape and/or softscape installation techniques
- Comfortable operating a range of landscaping equipment
- Strong problem-solvers who can adapt on-site
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledgeable in job site safety and best practices
- Organized and able to manage timelines, people, and multiple priorities
- Strong communicators with both clients and team members
- Holders of a valid driver?s license (trailering experience is an asset)
