We?re not hiring another ?IT tech.?
We?re hiring a Tech Whisperer ? someone who doesn?t just fix problems, but understands systems, anticipates issues, and improves environments.
At Technology Solve, our techs aren?t cost centers.
?? They are revenue drivers + client experience leaders
?? What You?ll Do
You?ll be the bridge between clients and technology ? making complex systems feel simple.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across endpoints, cloud, and networks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Manage tickets ? but focus on solutions, not just closures
- Deploy and support Microsoft 365, security, and cloud environments
- Document everything clearly (because future-you matters)
- Improve client environments proactively (not just reactively)
- Assist with projects, migrations, and upgrades
- Train users and explain tech in human language
?? IT support roles typically involve troubleshooting systems, installing software, managing accounts, and maintaining infrastructure reliability

Must-Have:
