Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
Duration: Minimum 3-month term (Medical Leave Coverage), to start immediately
Compensation: Hourly wage, dependent on experience and qualifications
About Us:
Wheat City Concrete Products Ltd. is a trusted supplier of premium redi-mix concrete and aggregate products. We proudly serve the City of Brandon and our surrounding neighbouring communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team for a minimum 3-month term to cover a medical leave.
Position Overview:
Operating directly out of our Brandon head office, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This role is ideal for a multitasking professional who excels in a fast-paced environment. To ensure your success, we provide comprehensive, fully paid on-site training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with inquiries and orders.
- Perform accurate daily data entry into our internal financial management system.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Support general office administration duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a strong asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
