Maintenance/Repair -Part time
Wheat City Property Services is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help with property maintenance, repairs, and apartment renovations in Brandon. Hours are part-time and occasional, based on the work available.
We?re looking for someone who can:
- Complete basic plumbing repairs and small maintenance jobs
- Assist with apartment renovations
- Use a variety of hand tools confidently
- Paint neatly and pay attention to detail
- Assess an issue, troubleshoot it, and find a practical solution independently
- Communicate clearly with the team and work respectfully in occupied apartments
- Work safely, keep job sites tidy, and take pride in the finished result
Experience with drywall repairs, basic carpentry, caulking and sealing, and appliance troubleshooting is an asset. Applicants must have a valid driver?s licence.
