Westman Groundworks is hiring dependable Snow Shovel Crew Members for the winter season.
This is an on-call, weather-dependent position with no guaranteed hours. Applicants must be available on short notice and prepared for long shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
DUTIES
? Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, entrances and driveways
? Operate shovels, snow blowers and sidewalk-clearing equipment
? Apply ice melt when directed
? Follow assigned routes and work as part of a crew
REQUIREMENTS
? Valid Class 5 driver?s licence
? Phone with an active data plan
? Able to perform physical work in harsh winter conditions
? Dependable and available on short notice
Snow-removal and sidewalk-equipment experience are assets.
Compensation starting at $18/hr, with higher pay available for more experienced personnel
