Virden Ford Sales is currently seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
- Manage parts inventory, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and tracking.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts department.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous automotive parts, service, or sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license required.
