Intraworkout: BCAA
Postworkout: BCAA, More Food, L Glutamine
Lifting On/Off for 2 years
As for BCAA, greatly helps with muscle repair and does help to a lesser way muscle growth. Love the stuff, not sore for as long, can lift heavier faster.
