Hi I really want to send someone a private message, but I clicked on the button and it didn't work, what should I do? Hope someone can help. Thanks

So when you are on the e-bramdon page & you want to private message someone you click on their name, it will take you to a page where there will be an option to private message that person.You then click on that & then you should be able to write your message. You can try it for a sample on me if you like.. Kitty Price

And you must be logged in to send a private message to another eBrandon member.

Hi A follow-up question: how do I know that the person has responded and where do I find their response? I hope that someone can tell me, I just tried it. Thanks

to see if they have even opened your message, you can go to your inbox, then on the left hand side, go to your outbox and if the envelope is open, they have seen your message.

If they have responded to you, a "envelope" will show beside your inbox, indicating you have a message.

Again, you have to be logged in and you will see the Inbox option at the top of the page where it shows you are logged in as "wanttobeagroomer"; then just follow Brenda's instructions above.
