Broken and hanging trees

A rental unit has broken trees and branches hanging onto the roof of a privately owned house next door. Who is responsible for removal of these before the house is damaged during a big storm. Landlord not willing to cut the branches .

they are responsible theres a bylaw for over hang I had this problem a neighbour had a big branch on my garage roof I told him nothing happened so had a friend with a polesaw cut fall on his side of fence

Do you know who I can contact to enforce the landlord to remove these trees ?

The city of Brandon, or bylaw officers who can be reached at the police dept.

We had a neighbors trees hanging over a fence and we cut them of . I believe there is a bylaw saying you can do that if they are infringing your property .
