Life after Bankruptcy

Hello I went bankrupt some time ago for crappy reasons and wondering is there any way you can get credit again?? I am almost done my bankruptcy duties and am in dire need of a car and of course a loan. Is there anyone who has had experience getting credit after bankruptcy or how hard it is getting a car loan? I have saved a downpayment.
Or do i have to live off cash forever.
Any help would be appreciated thanks
