People who lie in their classified ads

There is a purse listed in the classifieds right now that I sold to the seller a couple months ago. In the ad she said she paid $120 and bought it online, when I know for a fact that she paid $80 and bought it directly from me.
My question is, do I have the right to be a bit peeved? Maybe I am too honest, but I can't lie in my classifieds listings. I just feel too guilty. Is this just a smart business move on her part?
