You can get your first aid & cpr courses through St Johns ambulance located in the shoppers mall. They offer various levels with descriptions on their website that let you know which is best for your job. Most run on a Saturday but there are some through the week also

You can also get it through the heart and stroke foundation, but I'm not sure what different levels and courses they offer as I've only ever taken CPR for health care providers. EMS stations also all have medics who are certified instructors, but I think they just teach CPR and not the first aid part.
