I will post 2 pictures in the photo section.I came across this and am stumped as to what it is?

Try dropping a picture directly into a google image search bar, it will locate similar ones. From there you should be able to figure out what its for.

It is an attachment for a steam cleaner. You put a microfibre pad over it and it is used to clean counters, etc. Look up shark steam cleaner on google and you will see it.

Could it be some sort of vacuum attachment that could maybe go under furniture or clean vents etc.? Looks like the end would attach to something?

Steam cleaner

It's a duster for a ceiling fan that's missing the dust cloth/fabric. Am I right? The cylinder part looks tapered, so I think that part is more likely a handle, rather than a vacuum attachment. The other part looks like it's supposed to clamp or squeeze down onto something. Put a swifter cloth in it an it could take the dust off of a ceiling fan blade.
