I have windows desktop computer I'm not very techy how do I go about getting zoom does it cost me anything ?

A free account will allow you limited-time meetings, i.e. 45 minutes I think.  
 
I found it easy to learn to use.  
 
Before acquiring an account, participate in a few Zoom meetings to understand the technology of how to get into a meeting (click the link emailed to you), how to check that your camera and microphone are on or off, and where the "Chat" (written) happens beyond what is being spoken during the Zoom.

Hi there! zoom is free to use, you can download it onto your computer, or someone can send you a link that you can click and it will connect you to them.
