So after going off then on several times this past week today it will not come on. It's a 50-inch Samsung about 10 years old.
Now I can purchase a new replacement so the question is "What to do with the old one" Does anyone want to see if they can fix it? It's yours and I can deliver.
Do folks just take them to the dump? What has been your experience?

Honestly it's been my experience that it's not worth trying to sell it cheap or even give it away, always a hassle. You can take it to the dump, assuming you have a vehicle and such, the electronics area is right inside the gate, very easy to get to.
