As mentioned above, the Customer Service line can be hard to get through, so the 24 /7 internet tech support number is the best number to call. 1 (877) 638-4255
For people who are experiencing their connection cutting in and out, the MTS network usually isn't the cause. Generally the modem is the problem, so if you exchange your modem in the store to get a new one, it should hopefully help the problem.
If there is any question as to whether the network is down, you can call 571-4040 and they would be able to tell you.
