I recently ordered some dvds from Staples but the movies I burned on there have no sound. I have burned before and have never had this happen. I am doing everything the same, same type of dvd, just a different batch. It's happened on two dvds now. Also, what programs do other people use to burn dvds? I use a Windows program that came with the Windows 7. Worked perfectly for me until this.
