Do you have only one tuner box? If you have a PVR (main) tuner and a second tuner for another TV and that is the one giving you problems, unplug the main PVR box as well. Also, if you have MTS internet and use their modem, unplug that as well.
If all the unplugging fails, give MTS tech support a call - they can diagnose problems remotely and decide if you need someone to come out to fix or replace. 204-225-5687
