Winnipeg picking new slogan

Some following Wpg news in recent weeks might know that that city is in the process of picking a new slogan. The current "One Great City" has become very out-dated, as it dates back to when the various legal cities were combined into one several decades ago.
The mayor has looked at all feedback and has come up with five choices that are being put to a vote:
- Heart of the Country
- City of Opportunity
- Centre of it All
- Heart of the Continent
- (We don't want a slogan, just a new sign!)
"City of Opportunity" was the Mayor's initial personal choice, but IMO has a bit too much of a "Spirited Energy" feel to it... ie using it to try to push an attitude change.
If I had to pick from the above, I would probably choose "Centre of it all" with it being supported by some sort of simple graphic that re-enforces the idea. For fun, here are the top US city slogans: (
