Renovation cost for Parliament Hill

one Billion and counting--so says the news.
It is the counting part that bugs me.
History and all maybe we should just level and start fresh or better turn it into a museum . WE could do the Eu thing and move the Nations centre of Power to a new centre---- The coin we have put in so far( a fraction of the billion) would simply be for upkeep to a museum not a functioning Parliament building(s).
If they do fix it up--- do it right. I really do not want to hear after that billion plus was spent that the building "no longer serves the purpose" re tech etc.
