So few voters. Bowman received just over 110,000 votes to win in a city of a million that is pretty terrible turnout.  
 
Guess people will complain in Winnipeg anyway but really by not voting you got what you paid for.  
 
When you think of the countries where people are being killed trying to get the right to vote.  
 
Canada is a poor example of using that free gift that we have from the hard work done by Canadians in our history.

At least with bowman staying in they will keep portage and main closed to pedestrian traffic

I thought I read he was against it. But open to a plebiscite to here the public opinion on it. My mistake. Hopefully he doesn’t go through with it.
