    I hope there are more serious repercussions than just the fine for this case.

    It says he must go for a license review. Which means a show cause hearing. Which means he’ll most likely loose his license.  
     
    Brave kid. That highway is hard to go 100 km/h on. Never mind the speed he was doing.
