When the explanation came out about loosing the school tax rebate on farm land i didn't understand the explanation, now that the tax bills are being sent out its clear, if the land is not your personal residence there is no longer a rebate, Wow, ive been cutting bulrushes on 3/4 of land i haven't been able to get on since 2013, because of overland flooding of western water. Now to go with it is i:ncluded the school tax. I for one will be voting for any party that vows to have this reversed,not the party that calls me every week for money. Im real tired of this taxing to death.

so are you saying that your farm land that you harvest crops on doesn't get a school tax break ?

That’s not what I understood. I understood the home owners school tax rebate was $700 or the school tax paid in your residence only. The farmland rebate is separate and unaffected from anything I read.

The 2018 notice is as shown in the image. The 2019 notices have not been sent out yet and the MASC website does not have the new application forms online.

That’s how I read it as well.  
We already received ours for 2018 with no major change in amount

How about the $250 school tax rebate on homes taxed under $3000 that is gone?

Nothing is spelled out in black and white, anything to do with taxes are described in a reterick that you need a dictonary and interpreter to figure out, guess well see shortly.
