I see in the Wuinnipeg Free Press some outfit was close to being bankrupt and had to sell its Segways at a lost because the city refused to let him use it----even for special events if it was on City property ie sidewalks bike paths etc.  
 
Yes this guy should have done his homework re legalities- before he bought them---- but not to even let him use them as Rolling advertising signs at public events etc (the provincial ex etc) is narrow minded.  
Every time I have gone to car races etc in Ontario there is golf carts Atvs etc being used for all sorts of reasons. Where is Wpgs flexability for new ideas??
