Harper may call election as soon as Sept 5

According to this article from CTV, Stephen Harper may call for a Federal election as soon as September 5:

Since the last election we have had a chance to see how the Conservatives see this country as being run (albeit through a minority). There has also been a lot of mudslinging from both sides to try to change how the contender Liberal and Conservative parties (and their leaders) are perceived. On top of that there has been a major ideological shift in the country (and world) towards environmentally conscious governments.
