Trevor B said "the courts have any say or can order a new election. It's the political party issue. They ran the election, made the rules and how it's run. It's no different than a school board and other elections. Unless there is criminal activity, then maybe the courts can do something. But otherwise this is a done deal. "
If the rules that were made were broken, then the courts can definitely step in.
I'm kind of torn on this one. While Glover comes across to me as somewhat unhinged, I also wouldn't put it past the party to engage in some shenanigans. Right leaning parties of late have not exactly been the parties of fair play, more of a "let's see how far we can bend the rules" sort of group. Inevitably some bend to the point of breaking.
Frankly, I want the court to look into it. If Glover is just a sore loser, no harm, no foul. If shenanigans took place, nothing like a good scandal to end a governing party's run in power.
I think I'll go make some popcorn.
