How many trials before enough is enough

Kelly Ellard has had her conviction overturned after three trials. Trial one she was found guilty of the murder of Reena Virk, that was overturned. Trial two was a hung jury. Trial three she was found guilty again, and that has now been overturned. I remember this story and it happened so long ago. I can't imagine the range of emotions the Virk family has had to endure in all of this.
