Manitobans least likely to use a programmable thermostat?

From the category of oddball stats...
I found this little bit from the Regina paper to be a bit interesting.
Apparently people in Manitoba and Ontario have been determined to be the least likely in Canada to use programmable thermostats to save energy and money. That contrasted with Saskatchewan, a short less-than-two-hour drive away, which is among the most likely along with Albertans:
