Manitoba gets rave reviews in Liverpool (England) Post

Sometimes IMO Manitobans can get a little caught up in the idea that our province's image lacks when compared to other Canadian provinces. I came across the linked article below this evening and found it a refreshing outside viewpoint on Manitoba as a tourist destination.
In an article today titled "Nothing prepares you for the astounding natural beauty of Manitoba," The Liverpool Post profiles the things that make our province worth visiting and give Brandon a favorable mention too:
"Worth seeing, too, is Brandon, Manitoba’s second largest city, with plenty of shops, a Commonwealth Air Training Plan museum, art gallery, Dragoons museum and Riverbank Discovery Centre, where we took a gentle stroll along the Assiniboine river."
When you hear the province talk about re-branding itself, these are some of the things that they'd like to hear more people say. At the same time, when we're talking about making our city as attractive as possible to visitors this can give an idea how Brandon can fit into the bigger picture as far as tourism in Manitoba.
